About

I am an IT support specialist and full-stack developer based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. My experience combines hands-on technical support with software development and cloud deployment.

I have supported laptops, printers, network connectivity, workplace technology (Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365) and business-critical systems in fast-paced festival environments. I have also built and deployed applications using .NET, Flutter, Next.js, Docker, AWS and Firebase.

I enjoy understanding how systems work from end to end — from the user's first problem report, through the backend and infrastructure, to a stable and documented solution.

    • Coordinated day-to-day IT operations and ensured readiness of electronic and network equipment across multiple festival venues.
    • Ran the full equipment lifecycle — receiving, recording, maintaining, deploying and returning gear — with complete inventory records.
