I am an IT support specialist and full-stack developer based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. My experience combines hands-on technical support with software development and cloud deployment.
I have supported laptops, printers, network connectivity, workplace technology and business-critical systems in fast-paced festival environments. I have also built and deployed applications using .NET, Flutter, Next.js, Docker, AWS and Firebase.
I enjoy understanding how systems work from end to end — from the user's first problem report, through the backend and infrastructure, to a stable and documented solution.
